assalamu'alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh :)

hi, call me imra/imok. 24. i'm a/an: ENFP, muslimah, wife, proud indonesian, dentist (wannabe), parents-complex daughter, and part-timer otaku.

this daily journal is basically a small window of my life. i write about everything, whether it's important or not. sometimes, it's not even serious. so don't expect too much from this blog. don't try to judge me based on my writings, because i'm much more complicated than you could imagine. and i never mean to hurt anyone by my words, so pardon me if somehow i offended you. last but not least, i've been writing here for more than 5 years, people changes, so do i. thanks, happy reading.

a man in a grey shirt

he may doesn't look like one, but he's tall enough to cover me completely if he stand in front of me.
his skin was tanned because of too much activities under the sun.
he always smile like there was nothing to be worried about.
maybe that's one of the reason why he's loved by a lot of people.
the way he walks, the way he talks, were hypnotizing in a weird way.

today, when i could finally saw him once again, he casually wear his overused white sneakers, with a plain grey shirt and black trousers on his skinny figure.
he talked excitedly to his friends, when i just sit and stare at him from not too far.
i stared so intense, hoping he would realize that there was a girl who was waiting for his awareness on that bench.
but obviously, he didn't.

my delusions were scattered in pieces.
i were too scared. i were too shy.
i left that place pretending that i need to go over another place in hurry.
i walked without turning my head. tho i really want to see his face once more.
i whispered to myself, "God, how pitiful and embarrassing...".
i were so dissapointed because i couldn't bring myself to say a word.
but the saddest part of this encounter is, the fact that he actually didn't recognized me.
that he didn't spare any second to look at me.
