assalamu'alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh :)

hi, call me imra/imok. 24. i'm a/an: ENFP, muslimah, wife, proud indonesian, dentist (wannabe), parents-complex daughter, and part-timer otaku.

this daily journal is basically a small window of my life. i write about everything, whether it's important or not. sometimes, it's not even serious. so don't expect too much from this blog. don't try to judge me based on my writings, because i'm much more complicated than you could imagine. and i never mean to hurt anyone by my words, so pardon me if somehow i offended you. last but not least, i've been writing here for more than 5 years, people changes, so do i. thanks, happy reading.

a proper child

oke, let's talk about random things. because tonight i can't go to mosque and i'm still too lazy to study. i'm also already done my laundry until my palm start to peeling off, arranged my room that always start to dusty just in one day, and done my task for next week's appointment B)

when we entered month of ramadhan, a lot of interesting commercial films aired on tv. the one that caught my attention this year is pertamina's. pertamina always come up with interesting and touching advertisement, but develop from a simple idea.

for this year, it tells about a story of three siblings who start to argue about their mom future, when the three of them are busy with their own business and family. then, they asked their housekeeper to took care of their mom, instead of to do that by themselve. but in the result, that housekeeper declined their offer, although those three siblings offered to multiplied her salary. ironically, the reason behind her objection is a total opposite with the reason of those three asked her for help.

i remember, once, my mom jokes around like this "don't dare you leave us. you are the one who would take care of mom and dad". because i'm still in high school, i replied lightly "eh? really? is it really has to be me? why?". then my mom asked back to me, "why? do you really need a reason?". yea, i am a super mean daughter that time. and when i decided to leave malang, in order to study in surabaya, my mom cried three whole night, so do i.

but recently, my dad start to say "if you graduate and get married, we will just leave indonesia, and travel around the world. hahaha. oh, maybe we will just do a pilgrimage to mecca in a whole month. hahahah". well, i'm not happy at all, hearing my dad said those jokes. it feels like he just didn't want to make me worry about them.

i understand, what will happen in the future is still a mystery, but i'm pretty sure, one thing that will never faded away. however, i will always be a child, at least for my parents. so, don't ever worry to lost me, mom, dad :)
